1. general

The General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia and the Electronic Commerce Act. The website www.respomaga.si is an online store where the company Vizinaris d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) offers its products and customers purchase them.

The buyer is a user who makes a purchase through the online store www.respomaga.si. By ordering an individual product or goods from the seller, an obligation relationship is established between the seller and the buyer. All potential disputes arising from this relationship are resolved exclusively between the seller and the buyer.

The online store enables the purchase of dietary supplements and other products remotely. The user of the online store is an individual who fills out the registration form and thereby obtains a password to access the user account or makes a purchase as a guest.

These general terms and conditions define the operation of the online store, the rights and obligations of the buyer, and the business relationship between the seller and the buyer of the products.

2. availability of information

The seller undertakes to always make the following information available to the buyer:

  • company identity (name and registered office of the company, registration number);
  • contact details enabling communication with the provider;
  • essential characteristics of the goods;
  • conditions, costs and possible methods of delivery of goods;
  • clearly defined prices;
  • possible payment methods;
  • time validity of the offer and conditions for withdrawal from the contract;
  • information on the return of products and possible return costs;
  • complaint procedure.

3. product offer, delivery time and collection

The delivery time for products that are in stock is 2 working days for addresses in Slovenia, unless Pošta Slovenije delivers to an individual address later. When placing an order, the buyer can specify one of the collection methods provided by Pošta Slovenije.

4. payment methods

The seller offers the following payment methods:

  • cash on delivery,
  • credit card payment.

Card payment is only possible if the buyer’s details match the cardholder’s details.

5. prices

All prices in the online store www.respomaga.si are listed in EUR and include VAT. Prices do not include delivery costs. They are valid at the time of placing the order and may change without prior notice.

6. purchase process

6.1 technical steps to conclude a contract

The purchase process includes: registration, selection of products, adding to cart, selection of quantity, delivery method, payment method, review and confirmation of the order.

6.2 identification and correction of errors

Before placing an order, the buyer can change quantities, select payment and delivery methods and check prices.

6.3 order accepted

After placing an order, the buyer receives an electronic notification of acceptance of the order. The order can be canceled within one hour without consequences.

6.4 order confirmed

The seller checks availability and confirms or rejects the order. After confirmation, the contract is concluded.

6.5 goods shipped

The seller prepares and ships the order and notifies the buyer of this by e-mail.

7. purchase agreement

The seller issues the buyer an invoice in electronic form with all purchase information. The agreement is stored on the seller’s server.

8. right to withdraw from the purchase, return of products

The buyer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned within 14 days of the notification of withdrawal. The seller returns the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the notification.

The buyer shall be notified of the return at info@vizinaris.si.

9. actual or hidden defects

The buyer must report the defect within two months of discovery. The seller will fix the defect, replace the product or refund the purchase price. Please send complaints to info@vizinaris.si.

10.warranty

The products have a warranty if this is stated on the invoice or warranty card. The buyer can exercise the warranty at the seller or an authorized service center.

11.delivery

The seller delivers the products within the agreed deadline. The contractual partner for delivery is Pošta Slovenije, and if necessary, other delivery companies.

12.security

The seller uses modern security protocols (SSL certificate, data protection) and cooperates with verified payment systems. The buyer is obliged to ensure the security of his account.

13.right to information

The buyer has the right to information about their personal data and the right to request deletion. Contact: info@vizinaris.si.

14.child protection

The seller does not accept orders from children without the permission of their parents or guardians and does not collect their personal data without consent.

15. user opinions and product ratings

Customer opinions and ratings are part of the online store. The seller reserves the right to refuse to publish inappropriate content.

16.liability

The seller is not responsible for damage or loss of shipments after they are sent to the post office. In such cases, the buyer initiates a complaint with the contracted delivery service.

17. complaints, disputes and application of law




The seller complies with consumer protection legislation and resolves complaints within a reasonable time. The court in Maribor has jurisdiction over disputes. Slovenian law applies.

18. liability statement

The information on the website is not a substitute for medical care. The products are not intended to diagnose or treat diseases. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

19. isuance of invoices

The seller must issue an invoice upon delivery of goods or services and send it electronically to the buyer.

20. changes to the general terms and conditions

The seller may update the terms and conditions in the event of changes in legislation and inform users thereof. By using the website, the buyer confirms that he agrees with them.
